For best results, you may need to perform the maneuver three times. Sit on the edge of your bed and follow the steps outlined in the section above. You can perform the Epley maneuver at home on yourself. The canalith repositioning procedure takes about five to 10 minutes to complete.
It’s important to keep your head down and not lift it up during any portion of the CRP. Ask you to remain on your side for a few moments.
